Me+ has a number of features already built in but we are constantly looking for ways to improve your habit tracking experience.

Modes

There are 4 levels of intensity, the best way to start a smart goal is to commit to doing it every day without breaks or cheat days. But this may not fit your lifestyle or personality type so there are also goal setting plans for you to have days off.

Lite - A 30 day non consecutive plan for goals that you want to do a few days a week.

Standard - A 30 day habit tracker plan that you must do this everyday, 7 days a week.

Brutal - A 90 day consecutive plan to build habits over the long term.

Infinite – A non consecutive goal setting plan that never ends. This is for when you have a habit you want to keep an eye on and make sure you stay on track building positive habits.

Don't know what is best to choose? On completion of a smart goal plan you can upgrade to the next level. So why not get started with Lite to build your routine then work your way up to Infinite.

Dashboard

Each time you open the me+ app you can check your progress of goals completed vs how far through the day you are. This helps you focus on planning your day to incorporate the these new goals, & helping you to build habits over the long term.

It feels amazing to say at 7am “I am only 29% of the way through the day BUT I am already 74% through goals for today”

Or at 8pm “I am 83% of the way through the day & I am only 65% of the way through my goals I had better push hard to achieve the remaining ones”

Mission Statement

The most important aspect of any new habit building process is to truly understand why you want to do it in the first place. The mission statement allows you right down your dreams or fears in a prominent place, for you to review & remind you why you are trying to grow as a me+ person.

Not everyone will believe that you can achieve your dreams goals they may openly mock you if they knew what you trying to do..... Buts that's ok don't tell them! Keep your smart goals private with password protection.
